Requesting from WRLSWEB
Search the WRLSWEB catalog to see if the material is owned by one of the other 38 libraries in the WRLSWEB system.
Step One: Go to https://encore.wrlsweb.org/ or type your search in the box in the middle of the page.
Step Two: If you located your material, to place a hold you will need to log in to your account. Your username is your library card number on the back of your library card and your pin is the last four digits of your phone number.
Step Three: Click “Place a Hold”, make sure the appropriate pick up location is chosen in the drop down menu – and your material should arrive as soon as possible for you to pick up!
Requesting from WISCAT
“Oh no! None of the WRLSWEB Libraries have my item either!”
No worries, we have another option if the Mondovi Public Library and the WRLSWEB Library Consortium does not have what you are looking for. You can search the Wisconsin Library Catalog, or WISCAT, and we can try to get the material from another Wisconsin Library.
Call or visit the Mondovi Public Library, we are able to search for the materials for you and place a request on the item.
If WRLSWEB and WISCAT both do not have your item, turn over your information to a librarian and we will do our best to get the item for you elsewhere.
